NEED OF TRAINEE AIRCRAFT

Hi this is something about IAF dilema about buying new trainee aircraft in indian air force. i guess there is real need of buying the trainee aircrafts in iaf.as far as i know the basic trainning is given on HP-T -32 DEEPAK wich is not desinge basically for training purpose.but still it is used .its speed range is basically from 200 km \hr .and its a propeller driven plane,we have jaguar in 1330 km /hr speed range but they are combat aircraft.so the pilots shifts from a propeller driven plane with a low speed range directly to mig 21 bisens.which have speed over macc 2(around 2230km/hr) so there is need of a trainee aircraft (with a jet engine and not propeller)in middle range.i wish we will get the brtish HAWKS as soon as possible,(from so many days deal is going on papers).i wish the inreasing accidents of mig 21 will also be reduced by including this trainee planes in iaf.post u r views on this.(the techncal details may vary )
